Terms & Conditions 4jb1 – Complete Guidelines for All Malaysian Platform Users

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 4jb1 ("We", "Platform") and you as a registered user or visitor of the 4jb1 website. This Agreement comes into effect when you click the "Register" button, use any feature of the 4jb1 platform, or access content that requires an account.

By using the 4jb1 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms set out in this document, that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are resident in Malaysia, and that you voluntarily agree to be bound by this Agreement.

4jb1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms applicable to your use of the 4jb1 platform.

4jb1 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the entire period of use of the 4jb1 platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or the holder of a valid permanent resident pass in Malaysia.
• Is not subject to any court order restricting the right to participate in gambling activities.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently undergoing formal debt management proceedings.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or as an agent of any other individual.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to conceal your actual location when accessing 4jb1.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 4jb1 platform at any one time. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your real name, an alias, a different phone number or any other means – is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated in your official Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport), an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address and any other details requested by 4jb1.

Phone number verification is mandatory to activate your 4jb1 account. Any changes to account information must be reported to the 4jb1 support team within 14 days and accompanied by the relevant supporting documents.

4jb1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

All financial transactions on the 4jb1 platform must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using payment methods approved by 4jb1. Currently accepted methods are:

4jb1 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for up to 7 business days for security review purposes, particularly for new accounts or withdrawals exceeding the usual amount. You will be notified via email or SMS if your withdrawal requires additional review.

4jb1 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all 4jb1 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome bonus up to RM888 is available only to users who register for the first time and make their first deposit within 7 days of their registration date.

• Use of Automation: Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any other technical method to play or interact with the 4jb1 platform on your own behalf or on behalf of others.
• Game Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the 4jb1 platform for unfair gain.
• Harassment & Threats: Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to any other user, live dealer, or 4jb1 staff member in any form.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 4jb1 account login credentials, including your username, password and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 4jb1 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security on your 4jb1 account.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 4jb1 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be returned to the original payment method used, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable conditions, including any active bonus wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 4jb1 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any bonuses and bonus-related winnings. Funds from genuine deposits may be returned at 4jb1's sole discretion, depending on the severity of the breach.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 4jb1, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the 4jb1 platform.

4jb1 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We will make every effort to ensure platform availability but cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters or force majeure events.

In circumstances where 4jb1's liability cannot be fully excluded, our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the total amount of actual deposits you have made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to such liability claim.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent, while the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
